AIAPIHK operates an AI inference API service at api.aiapihk.online. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our services.

2. Data We Collect

• API Request Metadata: Timestamps, model used, token counts, and API key identifiers for billing and rate limiting.
• Account Information: Email address and payment information provided during registration.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect or Store

• Prompts and Completions: We do not log, store, or retain the content of your API requests or model responses. All content is processed in-memory and immediately discarded after delivery.
• Training Data: Your data is never used for model training or fine-tuning.

4. How We Use Data

• Calculating usage and billing
• Monitoring service health and uptime
• Enforcing rate limits and preventing abuse

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:

• Upstream Providers: Requests are forwarded to upstream model providers (Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, ByteDance/Volcano Engine) for inference, subject to their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

• Request/Response Content: Zero retention. Not logged or stored.
• Usage Metadata: Retained up to 90 days for billing purposes.
• Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion.

7. Security

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all API communications
• API key authentication on all endpoints
• Cloudflare edge network DDoS protection
• No persistent storage of prompt or completion content

8. GDPR Compliance

For users in the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your account data. Since we do not store prompt/completion content, there is no such data to retrieve or delete. Contact us at support@aiapihk.online to exercise your rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
