1. Service Description

AIAPIHK provides AI model inference via an OpenAI-compatible API, routing requests to upstream model providers.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract model weights
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Resell API access without written permission

3. Billing

• Pricing is based on token usage as listed on our pricing page.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Level

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it.
• Interruptions may occur due to upstream provider issues.
• We implement automatic failover where possible.

5. Liability

Our service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
